Quantum Gate INC. established in 2016, is a company that specializes in developing, producing, and selling traffic accident prevention systems in traffic accident intensive management areas. The company is developing a product concept by combining technology-oriented R&D with a service design methodology from a user's point of view. Quantum Gate is conducting national R&D projects on school zones, senior citizens' protection zones, traffic accident forecast systems in accident areas, traffic accident prevention systems in road infrastructure groups such as fog areas, tunnels and bridges, and blockchain-based V2I platform services.
Baek Ju-yong, CEO of Quantum Gate, said, "We have been selected as an innovative corporate technology development project by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and are working on it. The project will end in May." In addition, the company is developing the system through R&D tasks, such as being selected as a creative convergence R&D project by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy due to the development of a school zone vehicle speed warning system in May 2016.
The company is leading the future value of the fourth industry through digital convergence in the existing analog method in the transportation field, a key field of smart cities. CEO Baek said, "From the start of Quantum Gate, we think of solving problems of countries, society, and customers as the reason for the existence of companies with the goal of global standards."
